Students will work by themselves or in groups of 2-3. For each group, they are supposed to select one of the 9 components of Digital Citizenship, and pick a related Real-World topic to research. You will approach each topic as if you were a member of the public, government, school or professional institution, trying to SOLVE the Real-World issue.

From there, students are meant to build a presentation to deliver to the class based on that Real-World Topic. Presentations consist of 3 components: 1) What IS the real world issue and why it exists. 2) What are a few different approaches that can be taken to solving that issue 3) Describe in detail at LEAST one of the ways a solution could be carried out. Extra credit will be given for additional descriptive solutions
When you are creating your presentation, you need to include the following 6 Slides: 1 Intro (name, class, title, Digital Citizenship Component) 2 Issues Slides (What the issue is, why it exists) 1 Approaches (listing out different possible approaches) 1 Detailed Approach (Explaining in detail what can be done to implement an approach) 1 Bibliography (for what the problem is, steps being currently taken, proposed solutions, etc.)
Your Presentation will be graded on a 100 Point Scale.
